3.1. All prices listed in the store are expressed in euros (EUR).

3.2. Customers can choose the following payment methods available on the BigCartel platform:

• payments by credit or debit card,

• payments via PayPal.

3.3. The store reserves the right to change product prices. Price changes do not apply to orders placed before the change.

4. Order Fulfillment and Delivery Times

4.1. The order processing time is up to 10 business days from the date the payment is received. The delivery time is calculated separately and is estimated based on the chosen delivery option, which is provided during the checkout process.

4.2. Delivery costs are specified during the ordering process and depend on the chosen shipping method.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order, without giving any reason.

5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written declaration to the store's email address.

5.3. Refunds are made within 14 days from the date the returned product is received by the store.

6. Complaints

6.1. In case of a product defect, the customer has the right to file a complaint.

6.2. Complaints should be sent to the store's email address, including a description of the defect and proof of purchase.

6.3. The store will address the complaint within 14 business days from the date it is received.

1.2. Sklep funkcjonuje na platformie BigCartel, a zasady korzystania z tej platformy mogą mieć zastosowanie w niektórych aspektach działania sklepu.

2. Składanie zamówień

2.1. Klient może składać zamówienia 24 godziny na dobę, 7 dni w tygodniu poprzez stronę internetową sklepu.

3. Płatności i ceny

5. Prawo do odstąpienia od umowy

5.1. Klient ma prawo odstąpić od umowy w terminie 14 dni kalendarzowych od dnia otrzymania zamówienia, bez podania przyczyny.

5.2. Aby skorzystać z prawa odstąpienia, Klient musi przesłać pisemne oświadczenie na adres e-mail sklepu.

5.3. Zwrot środków następuje w terminie do 14 dni od dnia otrzymania zwrotu produktu przez sklep.

6. Reklamacje

6.1. W przypadku stwierdzenia wady produktu, Klient ma prawo złożyć reklamację.

6.2. Reklamacje należy zgłaszać na adres e-mail sklepu, dołączając opis wady oraz dowód zakupu.

6.3. Sklep rozpatruje reklamację w terminie do 14 dni roboczych od dnia jej wpływu.
